If you have a seat reservation, please contact us by phone.

●Due to the busy season, we may ask you to change your appointment time even if you make an online reservation.

●If you are reserving only seats for a group of 8 or more people, it may take some time to serve the meal, so we recommend reserving a course meal.

If you are only looking for a seat, we recommend ordering in advance by phone.

Please note that if you do not order in advance, it may take some time for your meal to be served.

●When using a coupon for online reservations, course reservations, etc., we ask that you present the coupon on the day.

If you do not present the coupon when you arrive or leave the store, the coupon will not be applied.

When using coupons, only cash is accepted.

All seats are limited to 2 hours (last orders 30 minutes before closing).

●For December and January only, reservations can be cancelled up to two days in advance.

●A cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel on the day or if the number of people decreases.If there is a change in the number of people on the day, please call us as we may not charge a cancellation fee due to seating changes etc.

●Our online reservations do not have a cooling off period, and are designed so that you can enter the store immediately after the previous customer has left, but please note that there is actually a reset time of 5 to 10 minutes.
